Dr. David Russell-Weisz started working as WA Director General of Health in August 2015. Shortly afterward, Mossad took complete control of Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, SCGH.

It is obvious that Dr. Russell-Weisz is:
1. An agent of Mossad, the Israeli spy agency.
2. Very senior in the Mossad hierarchy in Australia.

Corruption and Crime Commission(CCC) Report About Corruption in NMHS

Report into bribery and corruption in maintenance and service contracts within North Metropolitan Health Service

Minister quizzes health chief on bribes unearthed by the Corruption and Crime Commission(CCC): “Up until 2012, Dr Russell-Weisz was the North Metropolitan Health Service(NMHS) chief executive. He became [WA Health] director-general[CEO] in August 2015, and told The West Australian last week that he had been to lunch with NMHS Executive Director of Facilities Management John Fullerton 4 times between 2013 and 2015.”

Notes

1. WA Health is responsible for all health services in Western Australia. NMHS is under WA Health, and SCGH is under NMHS. WA Health > NMHS > SCGH.

2. Mr Fullerton was the NMHS Executive Director of Facilities Management for over 5 years prior to his redundancy in December 2016. Therefore, up until 2012, he reported directly to Dr Russell-Weisz, the then NMHS CEO. From 2015 onwards, the NMHS CEO reported directly to Dr Russell-Weisz, the WA Health CEO.

3. NMHS Executive Director of Facilities Management is directly responsible for managing SCGH facilities.

4. In 2016, I reported manipulation of infrastructure/utilities at SCGH so as to torture me. This matter was never resolved.

5. What if WA Health director general himself did not want this matter solved, and the person responsible for resolving it – NMHS Executive Director of Facilities Management – was involved in corruption as the Corruption and Crime Commission report states, and the former knew about this corruption(since the matter was already under investigation)?

CCC received the corruption allegations on 3 Sept 2014 and referred the allegations back to WA Health for investigation and action on 24 Oct 2014, before finally starting direct investigations in 2016.

WA Health CEO David Russell-Weisz renewed corrupt bureaucrat John Fullerton’s contract

The West Media reports: “Corrupt bureaucrat John Fullerton was given a new five-year contract by the current Health Department director-general, even though fears about his misconduct had already been exposed by an internal inquiry.

David Russell-Weisz signed off on Mr Fullerton’s six-figure deal in October 2015 — a year after a whistleblower had raised corruption concerns and seven months after the damning internal report, which led to a Corruption and Crime Commission investigation…”

What did Mr Fullerton do to earn this favour from Dr Russell-Weisz? Does it have something to do with the Mossad-led criminal activities going on at SCGH that have been detailed in this blog?

How Mossad Desecrated The Church I Attended

It is obvious that Dr. Russell-Weisz is:

There are certain events that happened at SCGH that made me realise that the person behind Mossad criminal activities at the hospital was much more senior than the top management at the institution.

A few days after I started attending a local church, Mossad agents showed up, pretending to be foreign backpackers living in the area temporarily. They showed total disrespect to the church, smoking at the main door, chatting and laughing aloud when the service was going on etc.

The church plastered a notice on the door stating that no one should smoke within 10 metres of the premises. They did not respect that notice either.

On several occasions, my family and I had to weave our way around them as we entered the church because they were deliberately blocking our way. It is as if they were telling me that I was so bad a person that if I went to a church, then that church couldn’t be holy any more.

Apart from what the Mossad agents were doing outside the church, they were also engaged in character assassination plots against me by spreading false devastating rumours about me among the church members.

Eventually, my family and I chose to stop going to church.

Sodexo

While working at SCGH, I always tried to remain calm amid major provocations. But it was not always possible to remain calm when faced with continuous bullying, sabotage and very evil mind games.

There was one Mossad contractor also working at SCGH and who had been tormenting me for several weeks. One day, I couldn’t stand the nagging any more, and I told her off. I added: ”One day, you and your people will regret this.”

She went and reported that I had threatened her. In the written complaint that I saw, she claimed that I said: “Allahu Akhbar…” She also claimed that she did not understand whatever else I said, but she was extremely terrified blah blah.

A few days later as I was leaving work, I was stopped by a colleague I will call Sodexo (not his real name). He started talking about that incident between me and the Mossad contractor. Since I knew him and he was also generally friendly towards me, I wanted him to know that I was the one who should have been the complainant because of all the evil things that lady had done to me.

But I soon realized that Sodexo wasn’t interested in my point of view at all. He kept pushing a narrative that gave the impression that I was an aggressive person – congratulating me on my ‘threats against the lady’. Every time I tried to explain the incident from my point of view, he would swiftly cut me off, preferring to emphasize how I ‘scared the lady’. Yet, the lady was simply acting.

I realized then that he was was most probably carrying a wire, and started giving only guarded responses. He then changed the subject.
